Jackie is an experienced Personal Development Trainer, Solution Focussed Counsellor, Life Coach and Therapist.

Jackie has worked as a Secretary/P.A. for most of her working life and has always tried to find a balance between her own spiritual/personal development and her work within the world of commerce. She believes that the path to achieving our true potential requires us to look within and find out 'who we really are'.

Jackie teaches that whatever comes into our lives is only a reflection of what we are putting out. So, if we want to change what is coming into our lives, we need first to look at our own behavior and see what we might change within ourselves!

Having spent many years working in the business world she realises that it can sometimes be difficult to maintain our 'true' personality whilst dealing with challenging situations and people. She also believes that to be truly effective in our work and to gain satisfaction from what we do, we need to find our strengths (and weaknesses) and make sure that we are suited to the work and environment we have chosen - or - work on changing our belief system and attitudes so that we can fit into our current environment more easily.

Since leaving full time employment as a Secretary/Personal Assistant, Jackie is now self-employed and works both privately and on a voluntary basis with a local group, supporting people in the process of change, bringing her caring attitude and unique sense of humour into her life's work of sharing her knowledge and skills with others, helping them to improve their lives.

Jackie is 56 years young and lives with her partner of 25 years, and her adorable golden retrievers (Duke and Tonka ), in the West Midlands. She dreams of one day continuing her work from a splendid home on the Cornish/Devon coastline, in between occasional trips to far off idyllic beach holidays in the Greek islands and Spain.

Jackie now also trains people (to certificate level) in Life-Changing Breathwork Facilitation and Personal Development ‘So – You Want to be a Workshop Leader !’  (based on the work of Louise Hay and her contemporaries) - see ‘Private Workshops’.
