Adapt to change, build resilience, and enhance your wellbeing

The new circumstances we find ourselves in not only threaten our personal health, resources and finances, but also our mental health and wellbeing. Autonomy, social connections and access to nature are essential for our health and wellbeing and physical distancing has restricted our natural exposure to these key ingredients of wellbeing.

Every person will react differently to what is happening in the world right now, which means there is no 'one size fits all' solution. That's why coaching might be more helpful than a generic change or resilience course in this circumstance. As a coach with years of experience in change and resilience programs, I will help you to tune into your thoughts, feelings and needs; help you to figure out the best coping strategies that work for you; and support you in developing a plan to weather this storm.
