This is a unique opportunity to receive complimentary coaching to enhance your ability to think, feel and behave more inclusively and feel confident in managing your unconscious bias.
Positive Psychology Coaching (PPC) is defined as coaching that leverages both coaching psychology and positive psychology principles that have “a shared focus on unlocking potential, building on people’s strengths, enhancing subjective wellbeing and supporting sustainable optimal functioning” (van Nieuwerburgh & Oades, 2017, p.100).
Coaching Readiness Questionnaire
Implicit Association Test (IAT)
1:1 Coaching (1 Hour):
Delivered online or face to face where feasible. Session content will not be recorded.
45 minutes, content recorded, to take place one week after coaching session.
Optional Follow up Coaching Session(s) available if desired:
3-6 sessions in total. A further interview would be sought after 3 and 6 sessions.
Tia Moin – a current student of the Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology course at the University of East London is a registered psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority, a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychologists, a member of the Association for Business Psychologists and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. The research proposal has ethical approval and all data stored, collected and analysed will be de-identified to protect the identity of all participants.
